Job Title: Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and Welcome Visitors : Provide a friendly and professional first impression by welcoming clients and guests as they arrive.
Manage Phone Calls : Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Schedule Appointments : Maintain calendars for office meeting rooms and coordinate bookings for meetings and events.
Handle Correspondence : Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail and courier services.
Administrative Support : Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Maintain Reception Area : Ensure the front desk and waiting area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Visitor Management : Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required, ensuring security protocols are followed.
Provide Information : Respond to general inquiries about the company, services, and office hours, assisting clients as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and staff.
Organizational Skills : Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail for managing packages, mail and other office tasks.
