Director, Contract Manufacturing (CoMan)

Responsibilities
- Negotiate and implement contracts between the Company and external Contract Manufacturers.
- Develop and analyze performance data (consumer complaint, order fulfillment, budget variances, production attainment, etc.) to identify business plan variances using established systems and problem‑solving methods.
- Lead monthly business performance reviews to identify opportunities, drive continuous process improvement, and strengthen operational efficiency across the network.
- Collaborate with Company stakeholders to perform Annual Letter Settlement investigations and facilitate alignment with Contract Manufacturer.
- Monitor supply chain metrics and drive overall operational process improvement, including line attainment tracking and corrective action plans when needed.
- Lead monthly management routines and quarterly business review, contract management and renewal with Procurement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of supply chain operations experience, preferably in the consumer‑packaged goods industry.
- Working knowledge of the Coca‑Cola system is a plus.

Pay Range: $137,000 - $161,000
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 30%
Work Authorization: Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis and must not require The Coca‑Cola Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.
