Director, Contract Manufacturing (CoMan) The Coca-Cola Company is excited to offer this opportunity in its flagship market – Coca-Cola North America. Responsibilities Negotiate and implement contracts between the Company and external Contract Manufacturers. Develop and analyze performance data (consumer complaint, order fulfillment, budget variances, production attainment, etc.) to identify business plan variances using established systems and problem‑solving methods. Lead monthly business performance reviews to identify opportunities, drive continuous process improvement, and strengthen operational efficiency across the network. Collaborate with Company stakeholders to perform Annual Letter Settlement investigations and facilitate alignment with Contract Manufacturer. Monitor supply chain metrics and drive overall operational process improvement, including line attainment tracking and corrective action plans when needed. Lead monthly management routines and quarterly business review, contract management and renewal with Procurement. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of supply chain operations experience, preferably in the consumer‑packaged goods industry. Working knowledge of the Coca‑Cola system is a plus.
