Position Title

Senior Recruiter, GTM

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full‑cycle recruiting across the organization – from intake meetings, strategic sourcing, and interviewing to debriefs and offer negotiation.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership, providing expert guidance to define hiring needs and develop comprehensive, long‑term talent acquisition strategies for North American offices.
  • Act as a talent advisor, proactively identifying and engaging top‑tier talent through creative and advanced sourcing techniques; cultivate deep, authentic relationships with candidates to ensure a world‑class hiring experience from the first point of contact to post‑offer communication.
  • Drive data‑driven decision‑making by leveraging market intelligence and recruiting analytics to refine sourcing strategies, identify trends, and inform business leaders on talent availability and compensation.
  • Champion an inclusive hiring process, coaching hiring teams on best practices to attract, assess, and select a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Multiply your experience and knowledge working closely with Recruiters in the global Talent Acquisition team.

Who You Are

  • You have a minimum of 7 years experience in Recruitment.
  • Passionate about Recruitment with a deep understanding of the tech landscape and candidate market; Fintech/Payments experience is greatly appreciated!
  • Utilize analytics to inform hiring strategies and improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Highly self‑motivated with the ability to define structure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Deep knowledge of recruitment sourcing strategies and ability to nurture a passive candidate talent pool.

Base Salary

The base salary range for this role is $145,000-$180,000 in San Francisco; to learn more about our compensation philosophy, please click here.
