We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team and drive the growth of our North American GTM teams. You will collaborate with hiring teams to spot, attract, and hire top talent and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our growing organization. This role is based in our San Francisco office.
What you’ll do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across the organization — intake meetings, strategic sourcing, interviewing, debriefs, and offer negotiations.
- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership; define hiring needs and develop comprehensive, long-term talent acquisition strategies for our North American offices.
- Act as a talent advisor; identify and engage top-tier talent through creative and advanced sourcing techniques. Build deep, authentic candidate relationships to ensure a world-class hiring experience from first contact to post-offer communication.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by leveraging market intelligence and recruiting analytics to refine sourcing strategies, identify trends, and inform leadership on talent availability and compensation.
- Champion an inclusive hiring process; coach hiring teams on best practices to attract, assess, and select a diverse pool of candidates.
- Collaborate with recruiters in the global Talent Acquisition team to share knowledge and multiply impact.
Who you are
- You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment.
- Passionate about recruitment with a deep understanding of the tech landscape; Fintech/Payments experience is highly beneficial.
- Experience using analytics to inform hiring strategies and improve recruitment outcomes.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to define structure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Deep knowledge of recruitment sourcing strategies and ability to nurture a passive candidate talent pool.
