About The Role This is an exciting opportunity to be a foundational member of Rippling’s IT Implementation team. As an Implementation Manager, IT you will partner with our largest customers (US and Global), work with their IT departments to understand requirements, guide and train them to adopt our Apps, Devices, Identity, and Inventory Management Solutions, and manage an evolving book of business.

What You Will Do

Become an expert on Rippling’s IT offering—be a go‑to resource for clients within 30 days and an IT subject‑matter expert for colleagues within 60 days.

Be a trusted implementation partner to our clients:

Understand the client’s current technology requirements as it relates to Rippling.

Guide the customer to install and adopt Rippling’s IT solutions.

Train the customer on Rippling IT products.

Work closely with Implementation and the rest of the Customer Experience organization to ensure the client is set up for success.

Partner with our Solutions Consulting, Implementation, and Product teams to evolve our process and product.

Develop and document IT implementation processes and best practices.

What You Will Need

A passion and curiosity for all things related to IT.

2+ years of experience managing an IT set‑up at a company, helping customers implement IT products, or selling IT solutions.

Strong project management and organizational skills: high attention to detail, excellent time management.

Ability to manage client relationships: strong communication and presentation skills.

Self‑starter with a bias toward action, energized by a fast‑paced environment and excited to build.
