You are the “reporting and data master” for Rippling’s customers. You will build and understand all data sets, advise on processes, and be a trusted advisor to customer administrators. This role requires you to do this day‑to‑day. What You Will Do
Project manage internal and external teams to execute project engagements and help customers optimize their use of Rippling. Drive customer adoption of key features and consult on best practices to incorporate Rippling into workflows. Offer white‑glove service to ensure customers feel supported and engaged through attentive, personalized guidance and product enablement. Become a product expert and serve as a go‑to resource for customers and coworkers by 90 days. What You Will Need
3+ years of SaaS experience in customer success, consulting, implementation, or support. Preferred 2+ years of experience building reports, working with data, and enabling customers with reporting needs. Passion for helping customers and colleagues. Ruthless prioritization and time management. Master project & task manager—never drop the ball. Ability to explain complex scenarios in simple, clear written or verbal communications. Strong attention to detail and ability to solve complex, interdependent problems. Interest in actively working with product and engineering teams. Additional Information
