DocStar Medical Partners client is looking for an emergency medicine physician in the heart of Arizona. 10-12 hour shifts available for this ongoing assignment. Travel expenses covered.

Please note starting salary listed is an estimate and will be dependent on provider experience and background.

MUST be Current for Board Eligible ONLY

MUST be EM residency trained or ABEM / AOBEM certified / eligible

Must have at least 2 years of experience working in ED.

CV must have all dates in MM / YY to MM / YY format

Work History must be in Sequential order with most resent on top

Any Gaps over 30 days must be explained on the CV

All Licenses, Boards and Certs with expiration dates must be listed on CV

Anyone with malpractice must provide a NPDB

Anyone with legal issues must provide supporting documents

Availability

1st possible date they would be available?

How many shifts would they be able for per month?

What month is their schedule completely open?

Any shift preferences (Day, Night, Blocks etc)?

Any dates in the next 3-6 months they can t work?

Any Holidays in the next 3-6 months they would be open to work. ?

Shift times Monday thru Friday : 6a-2p, 7a-4p, 7a-5p, 10a-7p, 11a-9p, 2p-11p, 4p-1a, 6p-4a, 8p-6a, 9p-7a

Saturday and Sunday : 6a-2p, 7a-3p, 8a-6p, 11a-8p, 2p-11p, 3p-12a, 6a-4a, 8p-6a, 9p-7a

75 ED Beds

85,000 annual volume, 83% adult, 17% Peds

10-12-Hour Shifts

Level 4 Trauma

EMS arrivals : average 35 a day

Advanced Practice Provider coverage

Scribe coverage

All specialties available except : Pediatrics, Neurosurgery, ENT, and OMFS.

3rd Busiest ED in AZ

Candidates must be EM residency trained or ABEM / AOBEM certified / eligible

EMR : CERNER
