  • Schedule: 24-hour pager call; one-week rotations (Sunday 7:00 a.m. â€" Sunday 7:00 a.m.)
  • Patients per Day: 1â€"2
  • Call Details: Beeper call; 30-minute response time; 24/7 coverage required
  • EMR: Epic
  • Practice Setting: Inpatient
  • Admissions Required: No
    • Requirements
  • Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Active MT license or IMLC
  • BLS
  • Must be comfortable managing emergent GYN and limited OB cases
    • Clinical Details
  • Scope: Emergent inpatient gynecology and limited obstetrics coverage (no routine deliveries)
  • Typical Procedures:
    • - Emergent gynecologic surgeries (laparoscopic and operative) - Tubal ligations, ectopic pregnancy management, cystectomy, ovary removal, and extensive LOAs - On-call evaluation and management of emergent GYN patientsCompensation
  • Rates: Facility is accepting bids
  • Malpractice: Provided
