Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect/Senior Architect with a strong focus on healthcare (HCAi) architecture. The ideal candidate will lead the design and execution of healthcare projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and regulatory requirements. This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions that enhance patient care environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural design and project management for healthcare facilities. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to define project scope and objectives. Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Utilize Revit and other architectural software for project documentation and visualization. Mentor junior architects and support their professional development. Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and best practices in healthcare architecture.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Registered Architect with AIA, NCARB certification preferred. Experience with healthcare facility design and knowledge of OSHPD and HCAI regulations. Proficiency in Revit and other design software. LEED AP or LEED accreditation is a plus. EDAC certification is desirable but not required.
