Long Beach, CA Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Project Manager
with extensive experience in
federal construction projects
and
concrete/structural scopes . The ideal candidate will oversee large-scale projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring strict compliance with federal regulations, safety requirements, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all phases of federal construction projects, including concrete and structural scopes Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor performance Ensure compliance with FAR regulations, safety requirements (EM 385-1-1), and quality standards Collaborate with federal agencies, inspectors, and contracting officers to maintain compliance and reporting accuracy Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and field issues Manage multiple Project Managers, engineers, and support staff Develop monthly forecasts, cost tracking, and progress reports for senior leadership Drive client satisfaction while delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget Qualifications: 1015+ years of project management experience in
federal and concrete/structural projects Proven success managing projects in excess of $20M+ Strong knowledge of federal compliance, contracts, and safety requirements Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera/MS Project, or equivalent tools Excellent leadership, organizational, and client-facing communication skills Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred OSHA 30 required; federal security clearance or ability to obtain is a plus
