full-time Senior Civil Transportation Engineer/Project Manager

This opportunity is anticipated to be located in Great Falls, MT but all Montana locations (Great Falls, Helena, Kalispell, Bozeman) may be considered .

Your Role: As a
Senior Engineer/Project Manager , you will be responsible for managing projects, leading teams, and driving engineering solutions. Responsibilities include: Overseeing the
design and execution
of complex civil engineering projects Managing project
scope, schedule, and budgets
to ensure successful delivery Providing
technical leadership and mentorship
to engineering staff Preparing and reviewing
plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates Coordinating with clients, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project success Conducting
construction oversight and administration
as needed Leading
business development efforts , including proposal writing and client engagement
Project Types: You will lead and manage a variety of projects, including: Transportation clients including DOTs, Federal Highways, Forest Service, Department of Defense, Counties, Cities, Railroads, and Private. Roads & Highways Bridges & Culverts Intersections and Roundabouts Traffic Impact Studies Railroad
You may also have the opportunity to manager other civil projects including: Water Distribution and Sewer Collection Systems Stormwater Infrastructure Water and Wastewater Treatment Systems Subdivision Land Development Commercial Site Design Federal Government Facilities
What Were Looking For: We are seeking an experienced leader with strong technical and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have: B.S. in Civil Engineering
from an accredited university Professional Engineer (PE) license required 10+ years of experience
in civil transportation engineering Proven
leadership skills
with a track record of successfully managing projects and teams Strong
client relationship management
and business development experience Ability to
multi-task, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work
on schedule Excellent
verbal and written communication skills Experience
living or working in Montana
is a plus Relocation assistance is available
Salary:
$100,000 - $130,000 annually (Excluding year-end bonus), depending on experience, education, and qualifications.
