Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers Collaborate with internal teams to align pursuit strategies with company goals Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities Lead proposal efforts, presentations, and other client-facing business development activities Track and report on market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback
Qualifications: 5+ years of business development experience in the construction or real estate industry Proven ability to generate leads and secure new work in the Nashville market Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and entrepreneurial mindset Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
