Were looking for a
Manufacturing Process Engineer
with strong
CNC machining experience
and a proven track record in
supporting manufacturing operations . This role is key to improving process efficiency, product quality, and operational performance through smart engineering solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead process engineering efforts across CNC machining and manufacturing operations. Develop and improve CNC programs, work instructions, tooling, and fixtures. Support daily production needstroubleshoot issues, reduce downtime, and drive root cause analysis. Create and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) and set process parameters. Perform process validations, statistical analysis, and capability studies. Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams. Ensure compliance with ISO, FDA, and internal quality standards. Train manufacturing staff on new processes, tools, and quality checks. Support quoting, cost-reduction initiatives, and capital equipment projects.
Requirements: Bachelors in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 4+ years experience in a manufacturing environment, with
strong CNC machining expertise . Experience supporting production floors and solving real-time manufacturing issues. Proficiency in reading blueprints and GD&T. Familiarity with medical device manufacturing and regulatory standards (ISO, FDA) is a plus. Skilled in SolidWorks, SPC tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Able to travel and work extended hours as needed.
