The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Electrical Preconstruction Manager to lead the preconstruction efforts on high-profile projects valued at over $50 million in electrical scope. This is a strategic management role that will shape the success of our projects from concept through to construction handover. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all electrical preconstruction activities including budgeting, estimating, value engineering, and design coordination. Collaborate with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to develop cost-effective and constructible solutions. Oversee and mentor preconstruction teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and company standards. Provide strategic input during proposal development and client presentations. Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and best practices. Requirements Proven experience managing electrical preconstruction for large-scale projects ($50M+). Strong leadership and team management skills. Deep understanding of electrical systems in data centers, healthcare, or commercial buildings. Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
