We are expanding our executive leadership team in Houston and seeking a seasoned professional to help drive our continued success. The Role As Electrical Project Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of large-scale electrical construction projects, ensuring excellence in execution, client satisfaction, and profitability. You will lead project teams, manage client relationships, and provide strategic direction across multiple high-value engagements. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Provide executive oversight on project planning, staffing, financials, and risk management. Mentor and develop project managers and field leadership. Drive continuous improvement and innovation across project delivery. Requirements Minimum of 10 years' experience in electrical construction, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Deep understanding of electrical systems in data centers, healthcare, or commercial environments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing abilities.
