Traveling Construction Superintendent
Based out of Greater Milwaukee, WI (Can Live Anywhere in the U.S.)
Salary: $110k-$130k + Allowances + Full Benefits(medical, vision, dental) + Bonus Program

Position Overview: We are seeking a
Traveling Superintendent
to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven track record managing
large-scale commercial renovations and retail buildouts . Youll be responsible for overseeing all field operations from project mobilization through closeout, maintaining schedules, budgets, safety, and quality standards on the road.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily field operations for renovation and ground-up retail projects nationwide. Supervise subcontractors, site crews, and vendors to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance. Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, and Owners to deliver projects efficiently and on budget. Maintain site documentation, daily logs, and progress photos. Oversee site safety programs and ensure all OSHA and company standards are followed. Handle project punch lists, closeout, and turnover documentation. Travel regularly across the U.S. to assigned job sites.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager in commercial or retail construction. Strong knowledge of renovation and tenant improvement processes. Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and construction documents. Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to manage multiple subcontractors and trades. Willingness and ability to travel nationwide (100% travel required). Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
