Superintendent (Wilmington)

Superintendent | Wilmington, NC Seeking a Superintendent to lead federal construction projects, including both ground-up builds and renovations in Wilmington, NC. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a salary range of $100K$150K. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day field operations, managing subcontractors and vendors across multiple trades. Oversee ground-up federal projects and renovation work, ensuring high-quality delivery. Drive project schedules using MS Projects, P6, and Gantt charts, monitoring progress against the critical path. Administer RFIs, QC/QA processes, and ensure compliance with federal policies, safety standards, and EM 385 regulations. Conduct inspections, testing, and functional verifications to maintain quality and compliance. Act as primary on-site contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and communication. Provide clear updates and reports to project stakeholders. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Superintendent on federal ground-up and renovation projects. Strong knowledge of construction trades with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams. OSHA 30 required; EM 385 preferred. Proficiency with MS Projects, P6, and Gantt chart scheduling. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Willingness to travel up to 30%.
