Every batch we make is done with care, precision, and purpose To support this mission, were hiring a Full time Quality Control technician to join our production team in our Havelock facility. About the Role: As a Quality Control Technician youll be responsible for ensuring that all products meet Bambu Earths high standards for safety, consistency, and quality. This role supports daily batching, production operations and receiving by conducting inspections, testing, and documentation throughout the manufacturing process. Youll work closely with our production team to maintain clean and compliant workspaces, verify that batches meet specifications, and conduct the final review of finished goods that reflect the integrity of our brand. What youll do: Perform audits or other QA functions on the production floor including line clearance and routine line checks Perform pH analysis on batches, verifying all samples meet the batch specification and take appropriate action when samples are outside the acceptable ranges. Adjust pH of batches to meet specification. Calibrates the pH meter as required. Receives, logs, and stores production retains. Completes necessary paperwork for quality control and operations based on scheduled production. Perform microbiological analyses of aqueous batches and ingredients, using established microbiological methods and procedures. Monitor finished goods product quality to ensure compliance to standards and specifications. Inspect all incoming raw materials and packaging materials ensuring they meet specifications and standards Approve all batch records ensuring the final product meets the standard and the batch record is complete without error. Participates in training, employee meetings, committees, project teams, etc. as appropriate. What were looking for: High School Diploma or equivalent Computer proficiency including word processing and spreadsheet software Ability to perform basic arithmetic functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and strong understanding of multiple units of measurement Strong attention to detail and organization Experience preferred in the pharmaceutical, food or personal care industry is ideal and working knowledge of cGMP A strong desire to lead by example, set new standards of excellence and grow with our small but mighty team Good communication skills with the ability to express ideas with clarity and thoroughness in both verbal and written communications Must be able to to routinely lift up to 50lbs Deeply aligned with Bambu Earths values: People, not customers
