Benefits and Perks Competitive Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000

Technology package including laptop, software and more Bonus program eligibility Career advancement opportunities Relocation Assistance Position Responsibilities Lead and oversee craft workers assigned to specific areas of responsibility, utilizing all resources effectively Ensure compliance with project procedures, safety requirements, work rules, and applicable regulations Document all violations, notify project management, and recommend corrective actions as needed. Conduct accident investigations when required Ensure compliance with all company, client, and project policies, standards, and procedures Motivate team members to achieve objectives and maintain a high standard of work Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions such as scheduling, engineering, and material control Organize and plan the work for which you are responsible, ensuring all necessary materials, tools, and information are prepared in advance Maintain a daily job journal detailing actual events, decisions, and progress Heres What Were Looking For: Electrician with minimum of 10 years of experience managing large crews and electrical construction projects with at least 10 years in the electrical trade. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Bluebeam, and familiarity with estimating and other construction software. Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications Strong knowledge with NEC Extensive knowledge of electrical installations Experience with Design-Build projects is highly preferred Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast-paced work environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be organized, detail-oriented and efficient Bilingual: English & Spanish is highly preferred Journeyman Electrical License is highly preferred OSHA 30 preferred
