Electrical Superintendent – Warner Robins & Augusta, GA
Our Employee‑Owned company is looking for an Electrical Superintendent to manage complex electrical construction projects in Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, and Federal sectors. This full‑time, benefits‑eligible role offers a competitive salary based on experience.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee craft workers in assigned areas.
Ensure on‑site personnel comply with project procedures, safety program, and work rules; document violations and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct accident investigations as needed.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control, etc.).
Keep daily job journal detailing actual events.
Plan ahead for materials, tools, and information.
Motivate others to achieve objectives.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
Positive safety attitude and personal integrity.
Highly customer‑service oriented & a team player; ability to create new and maintain current customers.
Valid driver’s license and insured personal transportation required.
7 years prior experience in electrical construction in DOD, healthcare, industrial or premier commercial required.
Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and budget processes; 2‑4 years experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of the NEC and NFPA 70E.
Ability to manage risk & profitability successfully.
