About the Role
Were looking for a motivated and skilled
HVAC Controls Technician
to join our growing team! In this role, youll be responsible for
programming, troubleshooting, startup, checkout, and servicing Building Automation Systems (BAS)
that make buildings smarter and more efficient. Youll collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure each system performs exactly as designed. If you enjoy hands-on problem-solving, working with advanced control systems, and seeing your work directly impact performance

What Youll Do
Program, configure, and optimize Building Automation Systems (BAS). Perform
startup, checkout, and commissioning
for new projects. Troubleshoot control issues and resolve HVAC system integration challenges. Conduct
point-to-point verification
and ensure systems meet design specifications. Assist with field service calls during project and warranty phases. Guide and support electrical subcontractors on project sites. Deliver materials, monitor installations, and maintain communication with the project team. Update and correct
manual drawings
for engineering and documentation accuracy. Participate in the
on-call rotation
and assist with support agreements. Collaborate with management to develop a personalized
professional growth plan .
