Role Description We are seeking a Senior Algorithm Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced CT image post-processing modules for our next-generation medical imaging platform. This is a product-focused role, ideal for someone passionate about turning robust algorithms into reliable, scalable, and clinically impactful software. You will contribute to or lead the development of post-processing solutions across multiple CT imaging domains

including vessel analysis, coronary functional quantification, and 3D visualization

using either traditional computational methods or AI-driven techniques. Expertise in one of these areas is essential; experience in both is a strong plus.

Qualifications M.S. or Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Imaging, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in CT image processing algorithm development, with a track record of product delivery. Deep expertise in at least one of the following: oClassical imaging algorithms: segmentation, registration, deconvolution, morphology, thresholding oAI-based approaches: deep learning for 2D/3D medical image analysis. Strong coding skills in Python, C++, or MATLAB. Proficiency with medical image formats and libraries: DICOM, ITK/VTK, OpenCV, etc. Experience working with clinical imaging data in real-world workflows (brain, chest, or cardiac CT).
