We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and manufacturing of advanced pharmacy automation systems. This role will focus on sustaining engineering efforts, ensuring product reliability, cost-effective sourcing, and seamless integration with Product Operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong commitment to product excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to the design and development of robotic systems from concept through production, including prototyping, testing, validation, and certification. Design and refine systems involving robotics, motion control, power electronics, and embedded control. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all electrical components and systems. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (required). Experience: Minimum of 10 years in electrical engineering roles with a focus on product development and support. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Altium Designer or equivalent PCB design tools for schematic capture and board layout. Experience with LabView and/or LabWindows CVI for test automation. Strong background in motion control, AC power electronics, servo systems, and embedded systems. Expertise in bare-metal C programming, including memory management and interrupt handling (NXP and STMicro preferred).
