Our client is in need of an experienced Asset Management Analyst to join their team on-site in

Delray Beach, Florida . This role involves managing the performance of a diverse real estate portfolio, including leasing activities, tenant relations, financial oversight, strategic planning, and asset enhancement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, expenses, occupancy, leasing, and capital projects Partner with property management teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and budget expectations Review monthly financial statements, conduct variance analyses, and propose corrective measures Oversee capital improvement projects, renovations, and evaluate return on investment (ROI) Support the development and execution of annual operating budgets Collaborate across departments including acquisitions, accounting, investor relations, and executive leadership Prepare and deliver asset performance reports to internal stakeholders and investors Coordinate lender and investor approvals for various business initiatives Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analyses as needed Ensure ongoing loan compliance and manage lender reporting requirements Identify portfolio risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for value creation Contribute to strategic portfolio planning, including hold/sell decisions and disposition strategies

Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in real estate asset management, with a strong track record managing large portfolios Proficiency in financial analysis, valuation, and asset performance management Experience in leasing and tenant relationship management Strategic thinking and ability to optimize asset performance Excellent communication and negotiation skills Familiarity with industrial real estate market trends and regulatory environment Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Argus experience is a plus Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field (Masters or MBA preferred) Prior experience in private equity real estate is advantageous
