Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Segrera Associates We are seeking a results-driven FP&A professional to support strategic decision-making and financial performance across the organization. This role will focus on budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis at both corporate and operational levels. Key Responsibilities: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, including developing models to support cost-saving initiatives and vendor-level analysis. Analyze and forecast financial performance across multiple business units, including contract modeling and profitability assessment. Assist with long-term cash flow forecasts and ensuring effective cash management. Partner with leadership to implement center-level P&Ls and identify opportunities for performance improvement. Provide financial support for strategic initiatives, including offshore operations, workforce optimization, and investment analysis. Qualifications: Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ability to communicate complex financial data to cross-functional stakeholders. Background in healthcare or multi-site operations is a plus. Seniority level
