Base pay range $59.50/hr - $80.50/hr
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a backlog of features and enhancements spanning data pipelines, predictive models, and RMS user interfaces
Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities to optimize pricing strategies and demand forecasting
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into detailed epics and user stories with clear descriptions, business rules, and acceptance criteria
Own the full delivery lifecycle of features and enhancements, ensuring timely execution, alignment with stakeholders, and readiness for deployment
Collaborate with Data Engineering on requirements for data sourcing, integration, and quality
Partner with Data Science to define, deploy, and iterate on ML models and pricing algorithms
Align with UI/UX and front‑end teams to ensure a seamless user experience
Facilitate cross‑functional workshops and planning sessions with business stakeholders
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and user adoption
Ensure accurate documentation in Confluence and Jira for themes, epics, and tasks
Coordinate with QA to validate features and ensure delivery meets requirements
Promote continuous iteration based on stakeholder feedback and performance data
Drive change management and support user training for new RMS features
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards
Identify and mitigate risks associated with process and system changes
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Perform other job‑related functions as assigned
Requirements
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification preferred
Product Management or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
Exposure to revenue management, pricing systems, or forecasting tools is preferred
Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and iterative development
Familiarity with data pipelines, ML model lifecycle, and modern UI patterns
Ability to define and refine user stories across technical and business domains
Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and backlog management tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent facilitation, documentation, and analytical skills
Understanding of change management principles and user adoption strategies
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Strong business acumen and problem‑solving capabilities
Adaptability in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
