Full-Charge Bookkeeper (Manufacturing Industry – Onsite, Queens, NY)
We’re seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to support a busy manufacturing operation based in Queens, NY. This is a full-time, onsite position responsible for all day-to-day bookkeeping functions — from recording transactions and managing payroll to maintaining accurate and organized financial records.
The ideal candidate will have solid bookkeeping experience in a manufacturing environment, with a deep understanding of inventory and job costing. Because a large percentage of our team speaks Mandarin, the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin is essential.
What You’ll Do
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Track and record inventory and job costing related to manufacturing operations.
Process biweekly payroll and handle related payroll tax filings.
Prepare monthly balance sheets and income statements for management review.
File sales tax returns and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
Maintain well-organized digital and paper filing systems.
Coordinate with management and external accountants during month-end and year-end closings.
Communicate clearly with team members and vendors, both in English and Mandarin.

Detail-Oriented:
Strong accuracy, organization, and time management skills.
Independent:
Able to work onsite with minimal supervision.
Knowledgeable:
Skilled in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and familiar with payroll and sales tax procedures.
