Responsible for invoiced payment research, discrepancy resolution, documentation collection, and deduction collection. Supports all A/R functions. Key Responsibilities
Process accounts receivable, invoicing, aging monitoring, and account reconciliation. Conduct payment collection calls and correspondence to ensure timely invoice payment. Research and resolve customer chargebacks, billing discrepancies, and disputes. Obtain deduction documentation and request repayment of invalid deductions. Record and reconcile customer payments, allocate them, and resolve unapplied funds. Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues, payment terms, and account balances. Process write‑offs, credit memos, and debit memos transactions as appropriate. Provide ad hoc customer reporting as needed. Maintain professional confidentiality. Support the A/R Supervisor and Accounting Manager. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college coursework in accounting or a related field preferred. Minimum two (2) years of experience in accounts receivable and chargebacks preferred. Proficient in Dynamics Great Plains or similar accounting software required. Intermediate MS Office experience (Excel, Outlook) required. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. High accuracy standards and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with customers, internal and external. Self‑motivated, directed, able to handle high transaction volume and deadlines. Benefits
