What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead and manage multiple new product and sustaining release projects using project management methodologies
Develop and execute comprehensive readiness plans that align with business objectives and customer expectations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive readiness activities and ensure project successCreate and deliver presentations that provide recommendations and articulate project impacts to stakeholders
Mentor colleagues on best practices for project management and process design
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management and/or process improvement
Strong matrix management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced PowerPoint and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous readiness experience highly desired
Experience with SaaS/IaaS product release and/or Microsoft Azure/Amazon Web Services
Familiarity with Agile, LEAN, and Six Sigma methodologies
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity
Demonstrated ability to build relationships across functions and business units
