DTI Security Administrator This position is Exempt from the State of Delaware Merit System.

Summary Statement The DTI Security Administrator (ISA) implements and maintains security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines for DTI facilities and computing systems and for state agencies, school districts, and other entities as required. The role conducts investigations, administers information access controls, and performs other security measures for DTI computing sites statewide. It also coordinates and administers security activities across interdepartmental teams within DTI and other outside client agencies.

Responsibilities

Support and participate in agency projects to implement, insure, train and administer information security.

Develop and implement training for Information Security Officers and ACF2 administrators.

Conduct security training to DTI and customers related to information security and risk management.

Provide physical security for DTI work locations including building access, door and video surveillance, inspections, investigations, maintenance, and visitor management.

Provide first and second tier support for Delaware's Single Sign On solutions for State employees and citizens of Delaware.

Conduct security provisioning and troubleshooting for ACF2 and Delaware's remote access solutions.

Monitor security violations and prepare reports as needed; incident reporting, issue remediation; manage security clearances for DTI staff, contractors, and vendors.

Write proposals, summaries, documentation, and prepare reports concerning security matters.

Coordinate or manage special projects pertaining to IT security and IT Consolidation.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in mainframe access provisioning with ACF2.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Active Directory User Account and Group account provisioning and management.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in remote access and multi-factor authentication management.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in building access management including badge access provisioning and physical security controls.

Minimum of 2 years' experience working with technical documentation and tracking IT related issues with a ticketing software such as ServiceNow.

Minimum of 2 years' work experience in IT troubleshooting and/or end user support.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in information security including access management, password management, and/or anti-malware solutions management.

Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

Possess a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.

Possess IT certifications.
