Summary Statement The DTI Security Administrator (ISA) implements and maintains security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines for DTI facilities and computing systems, as well as for state agencies, school districts, and other entities as required. Responsibilities include conducting investigations, administering information access controls, coordinating security activities across interdepartmental teams, supporting security training and awareness, providing physical security, managing access for Delaware’s Single Sign On solutions, troubleshooting remote access solutions, monitoring security violations, preparing reports, and managing security clearances.

Preferred Qualification

Possess a bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.

Possess IT certifications.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in mainframe access provisioning with ACF2.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Active Directory user and group account provisioning and management.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in remote access and multi‑factor authentication management.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in building access management including badge access provisioning and physical security controls.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience with technical documentation and tracking IT issues using ticketing software such as ServiceNow.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT troubleshooting and end‑user support, including login issues, access provisioning, and network troubleshooting.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in information security, including access management, password management, and anti‑malware solutions management.

Conditions of Hire Criminal background check: A satisfactory fingerprint‑based criminal background check administered by the Delaware State Police is required. All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. DTI participates in the Federal E‑Verify system.
