Responsibilities

Perform financial due diligence for clients who are acquiring and divesting businesses

Participate in client meetings and site visits while interacting with top‑level management to obtain pertinent information for financial analysis

Prepare detailed financial analyses to help clients evaluate their acquisition decisions and financing requirements

Use various software tools as designated by the firm

Interact with the other functional areas of the practice including tax, audit and other consulting practices

Assist in preparing proposals and engagement letters

Represent the firm in community activities and professional associations

Required Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree, ideally with a major in accounting or finance

Minimum of 5 years experience in an audit or transaction advisory practice within a national or regional public accounting or consulting firm

Prior Financial Due Diligence experience is required

Supervision / Team Leadership experience

Ability to direct and manage client engagements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

Ability to travel up to 10‑15% locally and nationally

Experience in energy industry (power and utilities, renewable, oil and gas, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

CPA certification

Master’s degree preferred

Able to work within tight deadlines and take responsibility for getting the job done in a timely manner

Compensation Compensation Range:

$101,000 - $203,000 . Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
