TAS Manager - Financial Due Diligence RSM US LLP – Join our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice as a Manager in Financial Due Diligence.

This dynamic role supports our nationally award‑winning Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) advisory practice, providing buy‑side and sell‑side financial, technology, and operational diligence services to corporate and private‑equity clients.

Responsibilities

Perform financial due diligence for clients who are acquiring and divesting businesses.

Participate in client meetings and site visits, interacting with top‑level management to obtain pertinent information for financial analysis.

Prepare detailed financial analyses to help clients evaluate their acquisition decisions and financing requirements.

Use various software tools as designated by the firm.

Interact with other functional areas of the practice, including tax, audit, and other consulting practices.

Assist in preparing proposals and engagement letters.

Required Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree, ideally in accounting or finance.

Minimum of 5 years experience in an audit or transaction advisory practice within a national or regional public accounting or consulting firm.

Prior financial due‑diligence experience required.

Supervision / team‑leadership experience.

Ability to direct and manage client engagements.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits Compensation Range: $101,000 - $203,000. Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
