More About The Role We’re looking for a Regional Specification Sales Manager to join Cooper Lighting Solutions in the

Mississippi Valley territory, consisting of Alabama, Mississippi, Western Tennessee, Missouri, Southern Illinois and Kentucky.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with a diverse and dedicated team of manufacturing sales agents to drive sales for Cooper Lighting Solutions specification brands.

You will work closely with product development and marketing teams, identifying new lighting product ideas and applications, and prioritizing new product development.

You will report to senior leadership on key performance metrics.

You will build relationships with key specifiers, and agents helping them solve their most complex lighting challenges.

More About You

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or direct work experience in lieu of a degree.

5+ years of commercial sales across a multi-state territory preferably in the lighting, controls, or similar industries.

Experience as lighting sales agent, regional lighting sales manager, or as design professional.

Proven track record of success.

Ability and willingness to travel 50%-60%.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Salary Base Annually: $120,000 - $176,000

Bonus Target 35% Sales Incentive bonus
