Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital , consistently named one of the Best Children’s Hospitals in the country.
Primary focus: Newborn nursery coverage
Excellent work‑life balance: 3‑4 days/week with alternating weekends, no night call
Collaborate with neonatologists on care for non‑acute NICU babies
Engage in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives
Be part of a network of several thousand Pediatrix providers working across 400+ NICUs
Hospital handles 5,000+ births annually
