We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of product‑level marketing strategies that accelerate growth across DOXA’s consumer vertical portfolio. You will bridge Product, Sales, and Marketing teams—transforming customer insights into compelling messaging, launch strategies, and sales enablement tools. Responsibilities
Conduct customer and competitive research; develop buyer personas; share insights with marketing, product, and growth peers. Develop product‑level messaging and value propositions; translate technical features into customer‑friendly benefits. Plan and execute product/feature launches; own marketing deliverables such as sales training, pitch decks, and sell sheets. Serve as product expert, translating capabilities to sales and marketing teams; partner closely with growth and product teams to develop customer‑centric sales collateral. Act as voice of the customer; monitor product penetration, adoption rates, and messaging effectiveness to continuously optimize product marketing activities. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably within insurance or financial services. Proven ability to craft compelling messaging and positioning across multiple audiences at each stage of the buying journey. Demonstrated experience supporting GTM strategies and product launches; strong track record of building sales enablement resources that drive adoption and revenue. Analytical mindset with experience mining and activating insights from product and/or campaign reporting. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment. Benefits & Work Environment
