Business Development Specialist – The Phoenix Group Advisors
A global law firm is hiring a
Business Development Specialist
to support several firmwide practice and industry groups, as well as contribute to local client development efforts. This role works closely with BD Directors, Managers, Partners, and Office Leadership to develop and execute marketing and business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Support practice and industry leaders in implementing BD strategies and initiatives
Draft and prepare pitches, RFPs, presentations, and other client-facing materials
Manage submissions to directories, rankings, and awards
Develop marketing content including website copy, collateral, and other materials
Gather and analyze client and market intelligence to identify opportunities
Coordinate firm events, sponsorships, CLEs, and client meetings
Partner with the communications team on PR opportunities
Assist with budgeting and tracking for assigned groups
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred
5+ years of experience in BD or marketing within professional services (law firm strongly preferred)
Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
