SMR Program Operations Leader

Establish and manage daily management operating rhythms for clarity and visibility of priorities and results. Represent the Advanced Nuclear Organization in key meetings with business leadership and select client meetings. Develop and oversee Lean action plans and partner with GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy Lean Leader and cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement. Partner with Product Management to ensure consistency and accuracy in the annual budget development process. Represent the P&L in Long‑Term Strategy planning and communication. Develop and implement enhanced visual management to increase transparency, performance and delivery of customer value. Support optimization and business coordination across all functions, including Sales, Project Delivery, Engineering, Sourcing, Quality and Licensing. Drive excellence in our corrective action program and support annual budget development. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, related discipline or Business related discipline. Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations, project, program or Lean management. At least 5 years in a leadership position for the power generation industry. Eligibility Requirements
Role is onsite in Wilmington, NC with relocation assistance available. Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 15% of the time. Role requires access to U.S. export‑controlled information; final offers contingent on obtaining authorization from the U.S. Government. Desired Characteristics
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university. Nuclear power generation industry experience. Ability to engage, motivate and foster a positive culture across a large organization. Highly developed communication and influencing skills. Experience in transforming complex data into valuable strategic insights. Experience in establishing a vision and translating it into meaningful tasks and activities for others to execute. Skilled in navigating complexity, assessing situations and making informed decisions. Ability to build consensus across numerous organizations. Strong financial acumen and accountability. Compensation
Base pay range $153,800 to $240,000 USD annual. Position also eligible for bonuses, including performance bonus, variable incentive compensation and equity. Position expected to close Friday October 31st. Benefits
