Project Controls Manager
Actalent invites applications for the
Project Controls Manager
role.
Overview Develop and implement a comprehensive project controls plan as part of the Project Execution Plan (PEP). Oversee the planning and organization of the project baseline and implement a tracking plan to compare against the baseline. Establish cost, schedule, and commercial baselines. Provide technical and administrative guidance to a team of Project Controls specialists.
Responsibilities
Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance; communicate reasons and mitigation to Project Management.
Supervise implementation of Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures to ensure control and integrity of work as defined by the contract.
Provide training and coaching to Project Controls specialists.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Primavera P6.
Experience in scheduling coordination, cost control, and forecasting.
Background in construction.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.
10 years of electrical contracting experience or MEP coordination.
Work Environment Open to candidates nationwide with the ability to travel to HQ 1‑2 times per month. Hybrid position in Dallas, TX.
Pay & Benefits Pay range: $90,000 – $140,000 per year. Benefits include Medical, Dental & Vision; Critical Illness, Accident, 401(k); Life Insurance; Disability; HSA; Transportation; Employee Assistance Program; Paid Time Off, and more.
