Job Title
Project Controls Manager
Job Overview Develop and implement a comprehensive project controls plan as part of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) for project execution. Oversee the planning and organization of the project baseline setup in the project controls system, and implement a tracking plan to regularly compare against the baseline. Establish cost, schedule, and commercial baselines, and provide both technical and administrative guidance to a team of Project Controls specialists.
Responsibilities
Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan and communicate the reasons for variances along with proposed mitigation plans to Project Management.
Supervise the implementation of Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures to ensure control and integrity of work as defined by the contract.
Provide training and coaching to Project Controls specialists.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Primavera P6.
Experience in scheduling coordination, cost control, and forecasting.
Background in construction.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.
10 years of electrical contracting experience or MEP coordination.
Work Environment Open to candidates nationwide with the ability to travel to HQ 1-2 a month.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year.
