The Global Kx Process Integrator - Supply Planning will play a pivotal role in driving process excellence and system integration within BD's supply planning operations. This position focuses on leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse capabilities to enhance end‑to‑end supply chain visibility, agility, and efficiency. As a Global SC Planning Process Integrator, the role ensures processes are usable, followed, and as automated as possible, contributing to company savings and strategic objectives. The role will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply planning processes and tools.

Main Responsibilities
System Integration: Lead the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Kinaxis RapidResponse functionalities for supply planning, including demand‑supply balancing, capacity planning, and scenario modeling.
Process Design & Improvement: Define and standardize global supply planning processes while ensuring alignment with business objectives and patient‑centric outcomes.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with supply chain, IT, and procurement teams to identify process gaps, develop solutions, and drive adoption of integrated planning tools.
Data Management & Analytics: Ensure data integrity across systems, perform advanced analytics using Kinaxis capabilities, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Training & Change Management: Develop training materials and conduct workshops to upskill teams on Kinaxis functionalities and process improvements.
Super User Community Leadership: Lead and nurture a community of super users, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization.
Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest developments in supply chain technology and methodologies, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance processes and systems.
Planning Community Education: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to educate the entire planning community on new capabilities and optimal ways of working within the current landscape.
About You
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in supply chain planning processes with expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse system capabilities.
Strong understanding of supply chain visibility tools, scenario modeling, and capacity planning constraints.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive decision‑making.
Effective communication skills to engage with global teams across multiple time zones.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and influence cross‑functional teams.
Strong curiosity and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable training materials for diverse audiences.
Curious mindset with a strong desire to continuously learn and stay updated on best practices and innovative solutions.
Proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
Excellent leadership skills to guide the super user community and inspire adoption of new processes.
Adaptability and resilience in a rapidly evolving supply chain environment.
Minimum 5 years' experience in planning.
Up to 10% travel.
Salary Range $114,600.00 - $189,100.00 USD Annual
