Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinate assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions with Operations Manager.

Assign and coordinate all trade field assignments with project needs.

Support Superintendent throughout the duration of the job.

Review project schedules and ensure critical activities remain on task and provide Required On Job (ROJ) dates to project management.

Document project field issues that impact budget, quality or schedule and provide to project management team.

Respond to subcontractor requests for field issues that impact budget, quality or schedule.

Provide oversight for Superintendent/Foreman for development and maintenance of a Resource Allocation Control System (RACS).

Provide guidance in implementation of the Project Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program.

Identify projects with self‑perform opportunities and assist in development of the self‑perform proposal.

Manage self‑perform performance.

Work in concert with Business Unit Safety Director to implement BU Safety Program.

Manage review of Capabilities, Accomplishments and Progress (ReCAP) progress for field tradespeople.

Maintain progression/succession plan for high‑potential tradesmen in collaboration with Operations Manager.

Manage training for tradesmen.

Support Business Development, Estimating and Project Executives with development of operational plans for all pursuits.

Support Project Executive, Project Superintendent and Project Manager for logistics plans and schedules during pre‑construction and early project activities.

May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus minimum of ten years related experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, SAP, SharePoint, etc.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be able to travel 50%+ of the time.

Benefits & Compensation Salary range: $190,000 – $265,000 annualized.

Physical Demands & Work Environment Physical demands include climbing stairs, using hoists, climbing ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift up to 50 lbs. Work environment includes on‑site construction site exposure to moving mechanical parts, high precarious places, fumes, airborne particles, outside weather and risk of electric shock. Noise level is moderate to very loud.
