Job description summary: This is a full-time traveling assignment across the United States supporting sports projects. Prior sports-related project experience is strongly preferred. Reports to: Deputy Operations Manager, Operations Manager.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Operations Manager for assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions.

Assign and coordinate trade field assignments to meet project needs.

Provide support to the Superintendent throughout the job.

Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foremen; ensure critical activities stay on task and ROJ dates are provided to the project management team.

Document project field issues impacting budget, quality, or schedule and communicate to the project management team.

Respond to subcontractor requests for field issues affecting budget, quality, or schedule.

Oversee the development and maintenance of a Resource Allocation Control System (RACS).

Guide implementation of the Project QA/QC program.

Identify Self-Perform opportunities and assist in developing Self-Perform proposals; manage Self-Perform performance.

Collaborate with the Business Unit Safety Director to implement the BU Safety Program.

Manage ReCAP progress reviews for field trades people.

Maintain a progression/succession plan for high-potential tradesmen with the OM; manage training for tradesmen.

Support Business Development, Estimating and PXs with operational plans for pursuits.

Support pre-construction and early project activities with logistics planning and scheduling.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.

Proven written and verbal communications abilities; proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office, SAP, SharePoint, etc.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be able to travel 50%+ of the time.

Benefits & Compensation The salary range for this position is estimated to be $190,000.00 - $265,000.00 annualized, representing the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting.
