About the role
Regional Business Director – Spinal Cord Stimulator for Boston Scientific Neuromodulation, Ohio Region. Lead sales, service, and growth for the region and drive revenue and gross profit for the company. Responsibilities
Accountable for sales and service to customers within the region, generating revenue and meeting quota. Supervise, develop, and coach the field sales force, including Clinical Representatives, Territory Managers, and Field Marketing Specialists. Achieve sales objectives, increase market share, and support each field representative in delivering in‑depth service to customers. Create, sustain, and grow relationships with key health care providers. Communicate regularly with staff, regional directors, and senior management regarding competitive activities and market changes. Prepare sales forecasts and oversee travel and expense for the regional sales team. Hire, develop, and replace sales personnel, conduct performance coaching, and conduct mid‑year and annual reviews. Facilitate regional and national training, including core, advanced clinical, sales training, and emerging leaders training, and support surgeon workshops. Conduct field rides, business reviews, and provide timely feedback and coaching. Maintain company policy integrity and ensure sales department compliance. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of 5 years in an aggressive commission sales role Minimum of 2 years in a sales leadership role Must be available to be on‑call 24 hours a day, 7 days per week Excellent written and verbal communication skills Compensation
Annual base $140,000 plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan and core and optional benefits. EEO & Inclusion
