Overview Senior Executive Assistant role at CareDx, Inc. — a leading precision medicine solutions company focused on the discovery, development, and commercialization of clinically differentiated, high-value healthcare solutions for transplant patients and caregivers.

Responsibilities

Provide executive‑level administrative support to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Chief Operations Officer (COO).

Collaborate with the project management team to schedule key meetings, maintain established timelines, and coordinate cross‑functional communication.

Manage complex calendars for multiple busy executives, resolve scheduling conflicts, arrange travel, and prioritize appointments to optimize executive time.

Anticipate scheduling needs, adjust calendars in response to shifting priorities, and ensure executives are prepared and informed of daily agendas.

Work closely with internal teams and external partners to arrange meetings across time zones, confirm logistics, and provide timely updates to all stakeholders.

Act as a liaison between senior executives, board members, investors, and external partners, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.

Assist in the planning and execution of off‑sites and events.

Submit and manage expenses, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Support assigned projects and tasks as necessary, including creating purchase orders and processing NDA’s and other contracts.

Minimum Qualifications

HS/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

5+ years of executive‑level support experience, with at least 2 years supporting C‑level executives in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.

Demonstrated capability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining adaptability and flexibility.

Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives, stakeholders, and external partners.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, video conferencing tools, and expense reporting systems.

Willingness to travel occasionally.

Exceptional judgment and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Competitive base salary and incentive compensation ($116,000—$145,000 USD for San Francisco Bay Area roles).
