Executive Assistant to COO/CFO Location: Hollywood, FL (onsite) Salary: $75,000-$85,000 Top Workforce Solutions is seeking a polished, proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our client’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. This role is based at the company's headquarters in Hollywood, FL, within a dynamic, healthcare-focused environment overseeing multiple skilled nursing facilities. Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the COO/CFO, ensuring smooth daily operations Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and liaise with internal teams and external partners Arrange and coordinate domestic travel, including detailed itineraries and logistical arrangements Prepare, format, and edit executive reports, presentations, and internal communications Track deadlines, prioritize tasks, and follow up to ensure timely completion of projects Maintain confidential records and filing systems with the highest level of discretion Assist with operational projects and administrative initiatives as needed Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve administrative efficiency Experience & Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years supporting C‑suite executives or in a high‑level administrative role Prior experience supporting healthcare or multi‑site organizations is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with project management tools like ClickUp or similar platforms is a plus Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and sound judgment Professional demeanor with proactive problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently Top Workforce Solutions is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
