About the Role We’re seeking a Senior Contingent Workforce Specialist to support an expanding Contingent Workforce Operations team. This position focuses on managing requisitions, supplier partnerships, and contingent worker relations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will come from a contingent workforce or MSP background, bring a strong customer service mindset, and be highly skilled at balancing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism.
Responsibilities
Manage requisition workflow, ensuring timely and accurate candidate submissions from suppliers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, advising on process, worker categorization, and compliance.
Partner closely with suppliers to drive quality, responsiveness, and collaboration.
Address contingent worker ER issues with awareness of relevant state laws (California experience preferred).
Maintain and update tracking systems, including Monday.com and VMS tools (VNDLY, Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.).
Support headcount tracking, reporting, and audit readiness.
Contribute to process improvements, training, and documentation to elevate program operations.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in contingent workforce management, MSP operations, or vendor management.
Proven success managing high-volume requisition loads (35–50+).
Strong understanding of contingent labor laws, compliance, and issue escalation.
Experience working directly with directors and VPs, providing consultative support and guidance.
Skilled in stakeholder communication, organization, and proactive follow-through.
Familiarity with tools such as Monday.com and VMS platforms.
Experience in automotive, AV, or light manufacturing industries is a plus but not required.
