Pro Bono & Social Impact Manager – North America We are seeking a US‑qualified attorney based in our Atlanta office to deliver regional and local social impact programmes and partnerships across North America. The manager will work closely with the Global Head of Pro Bono and Social Impact and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute a holistic impact strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the North American Pro Bono and Social Impact programme, coordinating regional activities and aligning with the firm’s business objectives.

Build and maintain relationships with existing community, charitable and philanthropic partners and identify new partners.

Collaborate with global Responsible Business colleagues, internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver Responsible Business commitments regionally and worldwide.

Coordinate the annual Clyde & Co Cares campaign for the North American region.

Manage a network of colleague Pro Bono and Social Impact Committees to deliver local relevance and scale of initiatives.

Generate internal and external profile for initiatives through media and social media.

Work with the firm’s communications team to provide written and visual materials for internal and external communications.

Measure, monitor and report regional progress and success.

Supervise resources and colleagues engaged on Pro Bono and Social Impact initiatives.

Monitor best practices and attend Pro Bono and Social Impact conferences and events.

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of corporate responsibility, community engagement and social issues, including philanthropy, sustainability and the not‑for‑profit sector.

Experience working across departments and with senior executives and non‑profit partners.

Ability to identify and evaluate new opportunities with flexibility to meet evolving priorities.

Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation ability and attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities and manage project deliverables.

Excellent judgment and problem‑solving skills.

Experience managing external contractors to meet deadlines.

Keen interest in international current affairs.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in CSR, law/pro‑bono, non‑profit management or related fields.

5 years’ post‑qualification experience as an attorney.
