Our Safety and Health Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring full compliance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910 General Industry and 1926 Construction standards, as well as other applicable federal, state, and local regulations. This role position is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring programs to prevent occupational injuries and ensure the safe handling, application, and storage of pest control chemicals and equipment. This candidate is responsible for managing third-party contractor compliance through platforms like ISNetworld and Avetta, ensuring both internal employees and external vendors meet safety and regulatory expectations across all pest control operations. Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with OSHA 1910 and 1926 standards, EPA, DOT, and state pesticide regulatory requirements

Manage vendor compliance platforms and support ISNetworld contractor / supplier clients; meet clients at their locations as needed

Maintain contractor prequalification and acceptable compliance documentation with all customers

Coordinate contractor onboarding, safety performance tracking, and compliance score improvements

Serve as the primary liaison with ISN / Avetta for client and contractor compliance activities

Stay current with industry regulations and best practices

Develop and operationalize company-wide safety programs, policies, and procedures

Manage compliance documentation, injury logs (OSHA 300), and safety training records

Monitor updates to laws and regulations and revise company policies accordingly

Collaborate with leadership and field teams to implement proactive safety measures and ensure company-wide alignment with regulatory requirements

Liaise with regulatory agencies during inspections, audits, and complaint responses

Research, develop, and enhance health and safety review protocols as required by legislation and industry best practices

Review contractor safety documentation and processes, and communicate compliance or gaps concerning regulatory requirements

Perform desktop audits of health and safety programs and / or other safety documentation

Coordinate various review protocol development and implementation initiatives

Research, develop, and author various resources and reference documents for customers and prospects

Participate in industry monitoring, HSE professional organizations, and other opportunities to continue personal and professional growth

Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including leadership, operations, human resources, legal, and risk management teams; work collaboratively to ensure safety considerations are integrated into business processes and decision-making

Qualifications The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):

Bachelors degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of experience in EHS compliance, preferably in pest control or any related service industry

ASP, GSP, CSP, or equivalent certification preferred from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP)

Proven experience in safety compliance management, particularly with OSHA standards

Strong knowledge of ISNET and AVETTA platforms

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to analyze data and identify trends

Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and addressing safety issues

Strong organizational, communication, and training skills

Ability to travel to multiple field locations as needed

Extensive knowledge of OSHA 1910 General Industry regulations and EHS compliance practices

Hands-on experience with contractor management systems such as ISNetworld and Avetta

Strong communication, documentation, and training skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management software systems

Ability to travel to branches, field job sites, and contractor locations as needed
